Responsibilities how BLOX adds value through proactive maintenance insights
After Comet delivers the iXRS X-ray module, our OEM partner integrates it into their system. This system is then installed and operated by the end-user. Once the system has been running, for example, 1000 hours, the x-ray module’s internal data is cyclically downloaded by the OEM and uploaded to BLOX.
The OEM then reviews and analyzes this data through its dedicated BLOX account. Based on their insights, the OEM provides targeted maintenance recommendations to the end-user, enabling optimized service planning, reducing unplanned downtime, and ensuring long-term system performance.
