Repair and return equipment to Denmark: EVO, ECO, ION, XMB, Y.SMART and Y.XPO

By completing the Return Equipment Form you will automatically receive an e-mail containing all the provided data and an individual RM number. Please refer to this specific RM number for all related transactions. You can return the product for service once your shipment is clearly labeled with your RM number.

Quotation process

After examining the product, you will receive a quote from Comet X-ray. Repairs will only be executed based on a formal purchase order.
Please note that repairs valued 1000 EUR or less excl. VAT, freight, etc., will automatically be repaired without prior quotation.
If needed, we can help you arrange the return freight back to you after repair. You will cover all freight costs.
